beta test audio documentation

Audio recordings were made as part of the documentation of io 0.0.1 beta++’s construction. Note that these recordings were made for research and testing purposes. In the following clips, io 0.0.1 beta++ was very much work in progress at the time of these recording, and the recordings/performances are very rough.
